Lead Homes Manager – LD Children’s Home (Ofsted Route)

SGS-Care-Ltd seeks an experienced Deputy Manager to step up and own a multi-bed LD children’s home in Middlesbrough. You will lead the service, drive positive outcomes for young people with learning disabilities, and coordinate the Ofsted registration process with support from an in-house Registered Manager and RI.

The role requires confident leadership, autonomous working style, and a track record in LD provision, with progression opportunities and a strong people-focused culture.
