Senior Palliative Care CNS – Community Leadership

St Luke’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist in Basildon. The role covers autonomous practice, leadership in palliative care, and coordination of community services seven days a week.

You will manage complex caseloads, liaise with primary and secondary care teams, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings to deliver high-quality, individualized care for patients and families.
