Regional Director

Overview

In this Regional Director role you own the P&L and lead profitable growth across a broad regional portfolio. You influence strategy while staying close to operations to see tangible impact. You translate priorities into regional plans, balancing growth with control, delivery confidence and workforce capacity. You will lead senior teams and shape how the region develops, working with key clients to sustain relationships and resolve issues. This is a high-visibility leadership role within an established organisation.

Pay / Benefits

• competitive salary (circa 80,000–90,000 per annum)

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L performance, budgets, margins and cash management to drive profitable growth
• Oversee multiple contracts to ensure safe, compliant and predictable operations
• Build and maintain senior client relationships to support retention and growth
• Develop regional leadership, workforce planning and succession while upholding governance and risk management

Key requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in construction, housing, planned maintenance, property services or related sectors
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts/locations/geographies
• Strong track record in P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth
