Senior Money Adviser for AI Tool Quality

Citizen Advice SORT is seeking an experienced money adviser to join our innovation team in Manchester. You will ensure our AI tools produce high quality debt and money advice by testing outputs against the MaPS Quality Advice Standards and explaining why findings fail.

You’ll help identify gaps where automated guidance works for straightforward cases but falls short for vulnerable users, drawing on deep debt advice experience. No tech background is required; training will be provided.
