Crisis Support Helpline Adviser

Victim Support in Cardiff is seeking a Helpline Adviser to support crime victims with emotional support, information and referrals from our National Contact Centre. The role involves cross-service collaboration, handling sensitive disclosures and escalating safeguarding concerns where needed.
