Job Title: CNC Turner

Location: Leicestershire, LE18

Hourly Rate: £19.59 per hour

Shift: Rotating shift pattern

Morning Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 2:30pm; Friday, 6:00am – 11:30am

Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 2:30pm; Friday, 11:30am – 5:00pm

The Company:

A well-established precision engineering company based in Leicester, specialising in the manufacture of high-quality components for the motorsport and aerospace industries.

The Role:

• Set, operate and fault-find CNC turning machines
• Produce precision components to engineering drawings and required specifications
• Carry out in-process deburring and self-inspection
• Use a range of gauges and measuring equipment to ensure components meet required specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
• Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment

About You:

• Previous experience working within a busy manufacturing or precision engineering environment
• Proven experience setting and operating CNC turning machines
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls would be advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
