Clinic Operations Lead

HB4D Limited is seeking a Clinic Manager for its Hey Baby 4D Barnsley clinic to oversee daily operations and coordinate between sonographers and reception staff, ensuring smooth service delivery and high patient care.

Reporting to the Directors, you will uphold regulatory standards (CQC), implement operational policies, drive staff development, manage recruitment, and provide hands-on support during busy periods to protect the clinic’s reputation. This is a part-time role with a pro rata salary.
