Field Lane is seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently in the community. You will work with a supportive team to deliver dignified, person-centred care and maintain safe, inclusive home environments in Surrey.
Ideal candidates have NVQ Level 2 in Care, 2+ years’ relevant experience, and a cooperative, empathetic mindset. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, with enhanced DBS checks required.
