Life Practitioner: Care & Community Transport

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking Life Practitioners for our Croydon, South London residence. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities in daily activities and accompany them on community trips, driving the company vehicle if licensed.

Starting pay is £14.17–£15.25 per hour, with progression through our competency framework to higher rates. We offer a clear pay ladder, funded qualifications, and benefits, including a Blue Light Card, DBS coverage, and pension options.
