The Francis Crick Institute invites a Bioinformatician to join the Malanchi Lab within a five-year ERC Synergy programme. You will analyze and integrate multi-omic datasets, including single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq, to generate testable biological hypotheses and contribute to experimental design.
You will collaborate with researchers across Crick, Bonnet and Ciccarelli groups, developing bioinformatics tools and pipelines while maintaining data integrity and delivering insights for cancer
