the company Inc. is seeking an ADR Team Lead to drive pipeline in the NEMEA region (UK, Benelux, Nordics). This player-coach role combines individual contribution with leadership, shaping team operations and coaching newer ADRs for faster ramp and sustained performance.

You’ll partner with the Senior Manager for NEMEA, influence forecasting, onboard newcomers, and implement improved sales processes, tools, and outbound strategies across Salesforce, Outreach, and related automation.
