Cambian Group Plc, part of CareTech, is recruiting an Internal Recruiter for its Children’s Residential services. Hybrid role with sites across the country, based in Gateshead. Salary £28-30k plus bonus, with travel to sites as required.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build relationships with Home Managers, run local events, and optimise ATS use to attract and hire talent for specialist care services.
