Trauma-Informed Behaviour Mentor (Driver) – SEMH School

Protocol Education is recruiting a Behaviour & Intervention Mentor for a specialist SEMH school serving Romford and Basildon. The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group support to develop emotional resilience, improve behaviour, and re-engage learners with their education.

You will work in a trauma-informed environment, managing challenging situations with calm, patience, and professional boundaries, while travelling between sites as required.
