Comfort Call Limited is seeking a Care Coordinator in Peterlee to organise and deliver high-quality home care. The role involves managing care workers, assessing care plans, and supervising rotas across visits, with travel required using your own vehicle and a valid driving licence.
Salary £25,364 plus on-call payments. Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with on-call duties on a rota basis. NVQ Level 3 is desirable and opportunities for career growth exist within the Comfort Call group.
