Bury | Permanent | £51,000 – £57,000 per annum | 7 hours per day

CRA Consulting are currently working with a local authority based in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with employment law experience to join an established legal team, providing high-quality legal advice and support across a broad range of employment matters.

The role:

• Providing legal advice on a range of employment law matters
• Advising on complex employee relations and contentious employment issues
• Supporting internal departments and senior stakeholders with practical legal advice
• Managing your own caseload and providing advice from instruction through to resolution
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider legal service

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant employment law experience
• Local government experience would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law
• Confident advising clients and working with senior stakeholdersAble to manage a varied caseload independently
