Electrical Qualified Supervisor

Overview

In this role you will oversee electrical compliance and testing for contracts across London and the South East, acting as a Qualified Supervisor under NICEIC. You will support field engineers, verify test results, and lead quality audits to uphold safety and regulatory standards. This position sits within a growing business, offering mentoring and career progression. You will work closely with management to drive high technical and compliance performance, and help shape training and assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Qualified Supervisor under the company’s NICEIC accreditation
• Review and verify electrical testing and inspection results and certification
• Conduct post-inspections and quality audits of engineers’ work
• Provide technical support and guidance to field-based electricians
• Assist with NICEIC assessments, compliance documentation and contract support
• Deliver toolbox talks, support engineer training and assist with appraisals
• Work closely with management to maintain high technical and compliance standards

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
• Strong testing, inspection and fault-finding experience
• Experience within domestic installations, EICRs and electrical compliance
• Social Housing or Local Authority contract experience desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
