Overview

In this role you will support site operations at our Nuneaton site, helping to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work across materials handling, production, dispatch, and housekeeping, reporting to the Site Manager. The position offers exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets
• Record and report quality data
• Load/unload products from plant and vehicles
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Maintain safety and high housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows
• Follow CRH and SHE safety protocols

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a similar production and despatch environment
• Good communication skills and strong numeracy
• Mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience with manual handling
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
