CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in the South of the United Kingdom. You will respond to breakdown maintenance requests and perform routine maintenance to a high standard, ensuring SLA adherence.
You will test and diagnose power quality issues, manage weekly/monthly PPMs, and coordinate with sub-contractors while following CBRE policies. You will monitor conditions and logs, determine root causes, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
