Social Inclusion Coordinator – Maternity Cover

Phoenix Futures is seeking a Service Coordinator to support Futures Together social inclusion across Mid and North Essex. This maternity-cover role is 30 hours per week, starting 4 January 2027, with potential extension.

You will develop and deliver social inclusion activities, recruit and train volunteers, and build strong partnerships with local organisations to improve outcomes for those using the service.
