Job Description:
Oldham College is seeking a committed Communication Support Worker to support the effective delivery of College services and priorities. You will provide BSL support for d/Deaf learners, clarify language, re-explain concepts and take notes in line with EHCPs.
In this role you will work closely with staff and students, manage a caseload of d/Deaf learners, prepare learning materials, monitor progress, and contribute to Deaf Awareness training for staff and students while upholding safeguarding
