Team Leader – Children’s Homes | Sleep-Ins & Growth

Witherslack Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to support our children’s homes, ensuring high standards of care and smooth operation of the home day-to-day. You’ll lead staff, build positive relationships with young people and be ready to deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers.

You’ll start with a 4-week Care Academy induction, enjoy a base salary between £36,568 and £44,072, plus up to 3 sleep-ins per month at £80 each and an attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.
