Director of HR Business Partner — Strategy for Growth

Replimune is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives for the Milton Park site in the UK. You will partner with leaders and the HR team to drive employee relations, performance management, onboarding and development across a high-growth biotech environment.

You will work on-site at Milton Park for at least four days per week, with 10–15% travel to the Boston area in the United States. A strong track record in HR leadership within biotech is highly valued.
