Solicitor – Major Injury (remote working option)

Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of multi‑track defendants’ major injury and personal injury claims, primarily RTA and related cases under £100,000. You will work closely with insurers and internal teams to draft pleadings, gather evidence, instruct experts, and meet court deadlines in a dynamic, high‑stakes environment. You’ll shape case strategy and client communication while contributing to a leading UK Major Injury & Casualty practice. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of multi‑track claims, mainly RTA and defendant major injury cases
• Draft pleadings and reports, attend court hearings, and meet court deadlines
• Conduct liability investigations, gather evidence, and instruct experts
• Maintain high‑quality client service and adhere to SLAs
• Develop internal and external relationships to support business needs
• Prioritise work to maximise efficiency and ensure timely progress on cases

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in litigation for multi‑track cases
• Technically experienced in RTA, motor or personal injury
• Defendant experience preferred, including handling high‑value files
• Experience in a commercial/legal environment
