Associate Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will manage your own Landlord & Tenant caseload within a fast-paced volume litigation setting, delivering high-quality client service. You will negotiate claims, identify risks, and uphold SLA/KPI targets while sharing best practices with the team. The position offers strong professional development and exposure within a growing legal function. A hybrid schedule is available, with two days in Bristol and remote options for suitably qualified solicitors with property litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Landlord & Tenant caseload
• Negotiate and resolve claims efficiently
• Identify and mitigate risks in disputes
• Meet SLA and KPI targets and contribute to best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to support clients
• Provide high-quality client service and ownership of customer issues

Key requirements

• Solid Landlord & Tenant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and resilient approach
• Hybrid role with Bristol office attendance (two days) or remote for qualified solicitors with Property Litigation experience
