Senior Children’s Home Manager (2-Bed EBD)

Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small 2-bed EBD children’s home in Wallasey, Wirral. The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance to achieve outstanding outcomes for every child.

You will manage a care team, oversee admissions and care planning, and ensure safe staffing, risk management and effective partnerships with social workers and health professionals.
