Senior Paid Media & Growth Director

Reply is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead delivery and growth of client accounts across Display, PPC, Social, and Content, acting as the senior client contact and guiding internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

You will mentor and develop the team, shape media strategy, manage budgets, and report performance to senior leadership, while collaborating with SEO, marketplaces, and data analytics functions across the wider Reply network.
