Responsibilities

• Support pupils with positive behaviour strategies and relationship-building
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons with guidance from mentors
• Collaborate with experienced staff to create a calm, consistent classroom
• Reflect on practice and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
• Contribute to a community-focused school culture and adapt to pupil needs
