In this role you build and ship agentic AI capabilities, wiring LLMs to think, delegate, and act autonomously. You join a small, product-focused team with ownership from day one, shaping how agents collaborate and operate in real-world applications. You tackle fast-moving, high-impact challenges at the frontier of AI, turning bold ideas into tangible tooling and systems. Responsibilities

• Prototype and deploy LLM-driven tools that enable autonomous decision-making
• Design and implement agent orchestration and delegation across multiple models
• Build and iterate on products where agentic systems are core
• Own features and results from concept to production in a small engineering team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ship fast and learn from feedback

Key requirements

• Experience with autonomous agents and chaining LLMs
• Strong hands-on engineering ability and willingness to own projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to build intelligent prototypes or side projects
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Ability to learn quickly and work with limited guidance
