Associate Director Mechanical

Overview

In this role you will lead mechanical engineering delivery for large-scale commercial, residential, and science & research projects, guiding multiple projects to Net Zero while overseeing team performance and financials. You will drive technical delivery, manage project teams, and take P&L ownership to support the consultancy’s sustainability-led design approach. This is a senior, impact-focused position in a London-based team.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary up to £85k

Responsibilities

• Run profit and loss accounts for projects and/or the team
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Oversee technical delivery across multiple projects
• Deliver projects to Net Zero standards across commercial, residential, and science/research sectors
