Overview

As a Programme Manager in AWS ProServe, you drive end-to-end delivery of complex cloud solutions for clients. You combine technical credibility with strong leadership to translate business needs into practical AWS-based architectures and programmes. You apply Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks to ensure outcomes scale in performance, security, and business value. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and shape technical strategies that align with customer goals. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation projects from inception to completion
• Ensure delivery of outcomes within time, budget, and quality targets
• Plan at programme level and adapt strategies to evolving objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Drive decisions and manage programme risks and issues
• Establish governance, structure, and communications for programmes
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure governance and security compliance
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and map to customer outcomes
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and business impact

Key requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams
• Proven delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalents
• Experience in programme or engagement management
• Experience with Agile and tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
