Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial and technology matters, including strategic projects for clients
- Take early responsibility with direct client exposure on high-profile transactions and advisory work
- Contribute to cross-border projects and international initiatives
- Possibly undertake an in-house secondment with a client to gain commercial insight
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of commercial arrangements
Key requirements
- PQE 3-7 years
