In this role you lead electrical building services design from concept through to detailed design and construction. You’ll mentor junior engineers and collaborate directly with clients and cross‑disciplinary teams. The position offers true ownership of projects, setting the electrical approach and guiding work to completion with close senior support. The London project portfolio provides varied, engaging technical work and a clear path toward principal level for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical designs from concept to detailed design and through construction

Key requirements

• Strong design experience in electrical building services
• Senior electrical engineer capable of leading rather than supporting
• Chartered status or near qualification preferred
• Ability to take ownership of projects and interact with clients
• Willingness to mentor others and operate with close senior oversight
• Experience delivering projects from concept to construction
