Senior Growth Manager, UK

Overview

In this role you drive user and ecosystem growth for Reddit’s UK market within the International Community team. You will build and scale local communities, run growth initiatives, and coordinate across Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing to strengthen the local Reddit ecosystem. You’ll monitor metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and act as a local spokesperson to attract audiences and partners. This is a chance to shape Reddit’s presence in a major market and contribute to scalable community growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK growth strategies to expand users and nurture local communities
• Design, launch and scale local growth programs with iterative testing
• Coordinate market-specific initiatives across cross-functional teams (Comms, Product, BD, Marketing)
• Monitor country KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and craft action plans
• Represent Reddit locally and build partnerships with external stakeholders

Key requirements

• 7+ years in user growth, community growth, product operations, or country expansion with a track record of scaling programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Entrepreneurial, with strong execution, initiative, and independence
• Blend of operational, growth, data and community/content expertise
• Experience building communities or growing a user base via on-the-ground initiatives
• Data-driven with proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal teams, users, and partners
• Deep understanding of local market culture and sensitivities
