Associate Value Consultant

Overview

In this role you will act as a manager-level consultant focused on turning healthcare value into practical market access outcomes. You will shape value propositions and communications to support pricing and reimbursement decisions, while collaborating with analysts and Senior Directors. You will build and sustain client relationships, drive high-quality deliverables, and mentor project teams. You’ll engage with diverse stakeholders across healthcare decision-making, applying strategic insight and a creative mindset. This role offers international exposure and a chance to contribute to evidence-based healthcare decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver client solutions that inform value propositions and market access strategies
• Collaborate with the Analyst team and receive support from Senior Directors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage and develop Analysts within project teams
• Demonstrate understanding of stakeholder evidence needs across healthcare decision-making
• Lead projects with strategic insight and a drive for high performance and development
• Contribute to market access, HEOR, and healthcare policy discussions
• Support development of self and others while balancing workload and culture

Key requirements

• Life sciences or medical degree
• Experience in market access or HEOR
• Broad experience in market access, health economics, healthcare policy, literature research, and evidence evaluation
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
