GCT Director – Tax Transformation

Overview

In this Director role within Global Compliance & Transformation, you lead delivery of tax transformation and technology projects for a diverse client base. You will shape automated tax solutions, governance frameworks, and country-specific systems to support compliant, efficient operations. You collaborate across Tax Transformation, GCT, and Consulting to expand offerings and drive value for clients. This is a chance to influence global tax tech adoption and scalable operating models within a renowned professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of tax transformation and technology projects, including integration with broader finance transformations
• Design, build and deploy automation solutions tailored for tax processes
• Assist clients in designing systems that meet international tax requirements efficiently
• Collaborate with GCT, Tax Transformation and other KPMG teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Establish and maintain robust governance and control frameworks for client programs
• Develop service offerings and delivery models to scale client engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholders
• Performance manage senior staff and oversee offshore resources to deliver projects
• Identify opportunities to expand services and coordinate with subject specialists
• Provide coaching and technical support to team members
• Adhere to KPMG best practices and policies
