You will handle complex disputes and drive momentum, bringing leadership, technical depth, and a commercial mindset. Responsibilities

• Lead on complex construction disputes, adjudications, defect claims, payment issues and contractual risk
• Collaborate with developers, contractors, consultants and property clients across the region
• Develop and grow the construction practice with support from a strong platform and partnership
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the team and mentor junior lawyers
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients and maintain the firm’s reputation
• Shape and influence the future direction of the construction offering
• Operate with autonomy within a collaborative partnership
