Overview

In this role you will oversee up to three live schemes in London, guiding projects from pre-construction through delivery. You will partner with site teams to secure expected contract profit, manage cash flow with the Quantity Surveyors, and ensure quality and timely delivery within budget. The position sits within a growing London-focused contractor operating across housing, education, and regeneration sectors. This is an opportunity to drive project performance across multiple schemes and contribute to the company’s regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to three schemes across pre-construction to delivery
• Lead production and delivery to meet time, budget, and quality targets
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to safeguard cash flow and profitability
• Ensure projects achieve net profit targets and adhere to quality standards
• Support cross-functional collaboration with design, procurement, and site teams

• Contracts Manager experience with a reputable main contractor
• Experience on new build residential and education projects
• Excellent communication skills
