• Advise on governance, scheme design and investment considerations for DC schemes

• Engage with both contract and trust-based DC schemes from a consultancy perspective
• Support client relationships and contribute to business growth in pension and savings solutions
• Participate in broader DC initiatives and knowledge sharing within the firm

Key requirements

• Experience with both contract and trust-based DC schemes
• Consultancy background in defined contribution
• Senior/lead level experience in pensions or DC consulting (implied)
