Responsibilities

• Represent clients within the Mental Capacity Act framework
• Manage property and affairs, deputyships, and trust management
• Handle tax affairs and accounts for protected individuals
• Prepare and submit applications to the Court of Protection
• Provide high‑quality client care and legal advice

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor
• At least 1 year PQE in Court of Protection work
• Exceptional client care skills
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Ambitious within Court of Protection
• Ideally STEP qualified or willing to study with firm support
