Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic employment law advice to clients, including complex tribunal claims
• Handle cross-border matters and international mobility projects
• Assist with restructuring, redundancy, and senior-level grievances (discrimination, whistleblowing)
• Involve in high-value and High Court litigation when applicable
• Support clients on M&A and outsourcing initiatives
• Develop client relationships and contribute to cross-office initiatives
• Contribute to global change management, reward philosophy projects, and gender pay gap initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices to provide integrated service

Key requirements

• 1+ years of employment law experience in a commercial practice
• Strong technical and market knowledge in employment law
• Experience with cross-border issues and multi-jurisdictional matters
• Experience with senior executive/boardroom issues and complex grievances
• Exposure to or interest in high-value litigation and/or international projects
• Strong academic background and technical strength
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how a large international firm operates
• Team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to grow the team
