AI Engineer – Onsite

Overview

In this onsite role, you join a VC-backed startup to build a product that unpicks data and legacy code at pace. You will apply GenerativeAI and Agentic LLMs to deliver fast insights and improvements, shaping the product and company direction. You’ll collaborate with customers to tailor models and software for outcomes, while steering the infrastructure that keeps complex AI systems running. Responsibilities

• develop and refine a product using GenerativeAI and Agentic LLMs
• design and maintain LLM pipelines and AI infrastructure
• collaborate with customers to tailor models to requirements
• fine-tune models and software for optimal outcomes
• shape product direction and company strategy through hands-on involvement
• work onsite in close collaboration with the team and stakeholders

Key requirements

• experience with GenerativeAI and LLMs
• built and maintained LLMs and AI infrastructure for complex systems
• expertise in multi-agent environments (preferred)
• proven ability to build and evaluate LLM pipelines
• strong collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams
