Private Client Lawyer

Overview

In this Private Client role, you will handle a range of private client matters and contribute as a fee earner within a respected law firm. You will work on wills, probate, tax, and trust work, building and strengthening client relationships within a collaborative team. • manage private client caseloads across wills, probate, tax and trusts
• build and nurture client relationships, both existing and new
• contribute effectively as a fee earner within the private client team
• work towards delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services

• participate in ongoing workload planning and case management

Key requirements

• detailed knowledge and technical expertise in private client matters (wills, probate, tax, trusts)
• qualification as Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
