Associate – Litigation

Overview

In this role you will join TLT’s Finance Litigation team to handle financial services and commercial dispute work for banks and lenders. You will work closely with Partners across Glasgow and Edinburgh on complex matters, while helping develop the team and collaborate with cross-office colleagues. You’ll participate in business development and nurture client relationships to support growth. The role offers flexible working and a clear progression path within a busy, values‑driven firm.

Key requirements

• Scottish, England & Wales or dual-qualified Solicitor with financial or commercial litigation background
• Analytical, communicative and well-organised; self-motivated with workload and deadline management
• Commercial awareness with interest in business development and keeping up-to-date with legal developments
• Ability to understand client business needs and act in the firm’s and client’s best interests
• Ambitious, team-oriented and able to support senior fee earners in a collaborative culture
