Senior Global Benefits Consultant

Overview

In this senior Global Benefits Consultant role, you will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients while shaping the evolution of the value proposition for the firm. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to win new opportunities and deepen existing relationships, leveraging your technical expertise in expatriate health and risk provision. You’ll contribute to future strategy and mentor junior colleagues, combining client management with strategic influence. This role offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities to influence policy and practice across the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large clients and drive growth through expanding relationships
• Lead renewals, re-bidding, and reporting to ensure client value and retention
• Input into future strategy and shape the evolution of the value proposition
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and insurers across the business

Key requirements

• Established client manager with a track record in global benefits
• Technically strong in expatriate health and risk provision, including benefit design
• Experience with renewals, re-bidding, and reporting
