Total Rewards Partner

Overview

In this role you will drive global total rewards strategy across 40+ countries, serving as the technical expert and data strategist. You will partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to guide compensation decisions and build robust models, ensuring data integrity and scalable automation through modern HR tech and AI. You will translate quantitative insights into actionable advice that supports strategic pay decisions. Responsibilities

• Own and build complex financial models for salary structures, annual cycles, STI/LTI, and budget forecasting
• Manage global compensation datasets, dashboards, and reporting; implement AI, automation, and HRIS integrations (e.g., HiBob)
• Conduct benchmarking, maintain global job architecture and leveling, and run pay equity reviews
• Partner with People, Finance and leaders to translate data into clear business recommendations for pay decisions

Key requirements

• 5+ years of Total Rewards or Compensation experience in an international environment
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics in Excel/Google Sheets; hands-on HRIS experience
• Deep expertise in market benchmarking (Mercer, Radford), job architecture, pay equity, and annual review cycles
• Experience applying AI, automation, and HR technology to streamline workflows
• Strong business partnering ability and capability to influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail and data governance mindset; fluent English
