Associate/ Director Residential Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will lead a new residential surveying team within a rapidly growing Midlands firm. You will work closely with the Managing Director to build the team, deliver MRICS-accredited building surveys and valuations, and drive client delivery. The position combines leadership with expert residential surveying—shaping the service offer for homebuyers and developers while benefiting from a supportive, rewarding environment in an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Head up and develop a new residential surveying team
• Collaborate with Managing Director on strategy and client delivery
• Perform MRICS Building Surveying tasks and valuations for homebuyers
• Manage client relationships and project pipelines
• Drive growth and quality across Level 3 Building Surveys and related services
• Contribute to firm growth and rewards initiatives

Key requirements

• Chartered MRICS Building Surveyor
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in Homebuyers Reports & Valuations
• Experience with Level 3 Building Surveys
• Leadership potential at Associate/Director level
