Senior Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Analyst/Associate in Living Capital Markets, you will underwrite and present funding opportunities in the UK Living sector, acting as a bridge between clients and the institutional funding market. You’ll collaborate with UK teams to leverage market knowledge, advise on funding structures, and manage client relationships. You will prepare reports and marketing materials, perform financial modelling and deal support, and contribute to the growth of the Living Capital Markets practice.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and present funding opportunities in the UK Living sector
• Advise on funding stack components (equity, joint ventures, pref equity, forward funding, debt)
• Prepare reports and marketing material for clients and investors
• Perform financial modelling and appraisal of opportunities
• Develop the Living Capital Markets business via strategic client engagement
• Liaise with internal and external networks to source and underwrite opportunities
• Lead/attend/contribute to client and investor meetings
• Assist in all aspects of deal execution

Key requirements

• >4 years of capital markets or relevant transactional experience
• Understanding of real estate debt/finance
• Experience in development and investment in Living projects
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to build financial models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Excellent written English and report writing
• Ability to manage workloads and work to tight timelines
