Overview

As a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate, you will advise energy clients within a leading City firm’s energy/renewables practice. You will work across real estate and energy/infrastructure teams to deliver non-contentious construction solutions. The role offers a mentored path to partnership or an alternative route, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and a collaborative culture. This is a chance to shape project delivery in EPC, O&M, and standard contracts at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-contentious construction advice to energy clients
• Draft and negotiate EPC, NEC, FIDIC, and O&M contracts
• Collaborate with real estate and energy/infrastructure teams on project delivery
• Support client relationships and complex contract implementations
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 PQE
• England & Wales qualified solicitor (ideally)
• At least 6 years of non-contentious construction experience with energy focus
• Experience with EPC, O&M, FIDIC, NEC
