Presales DWP Architect

Overview

In this senior, customer-facing role you will shape and design modern workplace solutions to boost productivity, collaboration and secure hybrid work. You collaborate with Sales, Portfolio and Delivery teams to architect end-to-end Digital Workplace transformations including endpoint management, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and VDI. You’ll combine technical depth with business insight to help clients modernise workplace services, reduce costs and accelerate AI-enabled adoption. This is a remote-first, high-responsibility role with cross-functional impact and opportunities to influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of end-to-end Digital Workplace transformations (endpoint management, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, workplace automation, employee experience, virtual desktop services)
• Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio, Service Delivery and Commercial teams to shape solutions
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working and modernization of workplace services
• Translate client needs into actionable architecture and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure security, compliance and performance

Key requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, and consuming APIs across backend services and user-facing applications
• Experience with event-driven architectures and modern software development patterns
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, maintainability, security)
• Experience in Agile, self-organising teams and taking ownership from analysis to delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
