Overview

In this role you will oversee cost-effective maintenance for our car and commercial fleet, authorising repairs and controlling spend while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with customers, drivers and internal teams to keep records up to date and compliant. You will stay informed on technical bulletins and industry developments to support informed decision-making. • Authorise maintenance and repair work promptly with cost control
• Support customers and drivers with SMR queries in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records to ensure data currency and compliance
• Manage service recalls, MOT reminders and invoice processing within guidelines
• Stay up to date with technical bulletins and industry developments to support decision-making
